cake pops (recept)
ingridients:
1. One sponge cake (about 500 grams. Lemon or chocolate taste)
2. 150 grams of piladelphia cheese type.
3. 300 grams white or dark baking chocolate
4. wooden skewers
5. sprinkels for garnish
Do like this:
1. Mix cake, preferably with lemon or chocolate, which has cooled completely. Mix with cream cheese philadelphiatyp of a firm and smooth dough.
2. Scroll about 3 cm sized balls. Place on a plate and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate block. Dip one end of a wooden stick into the chocolate and stick in each ball. Allow to set for a minute so that it adheres.
